Welcome to EZIPRINT (Lynda Baldwin trading as Eziprint, hereafter “we”, “our”, “us”) By placing your order and making payment, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions for the use of this website.

Shipping

Your order will be processed within 5 days. We use NZ Post and PBT Couriers.

We endeavour to always send orders by courier or Fastpost, but for some orders this is not always possible. Our shipping costs are on our web store.
 
Please see estimated delivery times on our FAQ page. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by any postal service.
We welcome international buyers and shipping costs can be advised on request.

Refunds and Returns

We make every effort to ensure that the goods you receive are the same colour, size and shape as the image you sent us, or ordered. There may be minor variations in colour shades however which we do not take responsibility for as all printers (photographic and canvas) are slightly different, as are all computer screens.

We will replace any item that is faulty but if you wish to return an item, please contact us for return instructions. The item must be in its original condition, and you must notify us of the fault within 7 days of delivery.

We do not replace or refund on any products if you just changed your mind. We accept no responsibility for lost items delivered to an incorrect address that you have supplied.

If your goods are lost or damaged during the delivery process, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If the Post Office or courier company confirms that the delivery was unsuccessful, a replacement item will be posted to you.

We take great care to deliver an excellent product. Please let us know if we have made a mistake and we will endeavour to correct it.
