4. What if I am Unhappy with my Print?
We are confident this won't happen, but if you are unhappy, return it to us and receive a full refund.
5. How much for Freight?
Freight is $6.00 for the North Island per order, $8.00 for the South Island per order. Rural delivery fees apply. We will email you ticket details when your items are dispatched. If you prefer, you can pickup from our Hamilton warehouse at no charge.
6. When will my print arrive?
Once your job is confirmed, please allow 2-5 days for printing. Couriers take 1-2 days to deliver.
7. File Size?
As a guide 300kb is sufficent for the small canvases, 500kb or more for the larger canvases. We will advise you if we are concerned your image is too small for your canvas choice. For best results the bigger the image is the better.
8. Payment?
We accept Bank Deposit, Visa or Mastercard.
If you select Bank Deposit, please wait until we contact you with the amount. We like to make sure everthing is O.K. with your job first. Our bank deposit details are:

If you select Credit Card, we charge your card when your goods are being dispatched. When you go through the checkout process, the cart changes to a secure site (HTTPS) and the address bar will display the padlock symbol
. This means your card details are safe.
9. What does Standard Edge look like?
The vast majority of our canvas prints are printed onto the front surface only, giving a nice crisp white edge.
10. What does Gallery Wrap Edge look like?
Gallery Wrap Edge wraps the photo around the sides of the canvas frame. The disadvantage of this is you lose picture area around the side and rear. If your image has details close to the edge of the photo, they will be lost around the side.
11. How much Photo will I lose on a Portrait Gallery Wrap?
The dotted line indicates how much image is used to wrap the canvas around the sides.
12. How much Photo will I lose on a Square Gallery Wrap?
The dotted line indicates how much image is used to wrap the canvas around the sides.
13. How much Photo will I lose on a Landscape Gallery Wrap?
The dotted line indicates how much image is used to wrap the canvas around the sides.
14. My file is too large to upload or email?
Firstly try to email the image to
info@eziprint.co.nz. and quote the order number you will be given at the end of the checkout process.
